新毕业护士简历最需要证明什么
新毕业护士简历最难的地方，不是“没经验”本身，而是要做到既显得能上手，又不假装自己已经是资深 RN。招聘方知道你是 early career，他们更在意的是：你的 scope 是否诚实、临床暴露是否够具体、基础习惯是否靠谱、能不能顺利进入 orientation 或 residency。

- 它没有假装资深
- 它点明了真实照护场景
- 它带出一个技术/流程细节
- 它符合医院招聘者的扫读节奏
怎样把 clinical rotations 写成招聘证据
每段 rotation 最少回答这五个问题：
- 在哪里发生？
- 接触的是哪个 unit 或 patient population？
- 完成了多少小时？
- 你 performed、assisted 还是 observed 了什么？
- 你接触过哪些 charting system、设备或工作流？
如果一段 rotation 只写“完成了临床实习”，它几乎没有区分度；如果写清 unit、hours、患者组合、文书系统和任务边界，它就开始像真的证据。

如果你最强的经历不是 paid RN work，怎么办
这很正常。关键是把 healthcare support roles 用对：
- CNA 或 tech 工作能证明基础 patient-care 习惯
- externship 能证明你接触过真实 unit workflow 和节奏
- caregiving 在围绕 safety、communication、support tasks 来写时也有价值
- volunteer 只有在能补充真实 patient-facing 证据时才值得保留
重点不是把这些经历吹成 RN 工作，而是把它们和 RN 场景真正需要的习惯连起来。
New grad 常见错误
- 把执照状态写得模糊
- 写 rotation 却没有 hours、unit type 或 patient population
- 把 observed 过的 procedure 写成自己独立完成
- summary 看起来像从任何通用简历里复制的
- 把证书埋在弱相关工作后面
