Service

nursingresume.co provides tools for nursing resume and job application materials. The service may include structured resume inputs, AI-assisted rewrite suggestions, cover letter tools, ATS-safe previews, credits for AI features, and paid PDF or Word-compatible exports.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate resume, license, certification, education, and clinical rotation information.
  • Reviewing and confirming all AI-assisted text before using it.
  • Ensuring your resume content is truthful and appropriate for job applications.
  • Using the service in compliance with applicable laws and employer application requirements.

No Professional Guarantee

nursingresume.co is not a nursing board, employer, credentialing body, legal advisor, immigration advisor, school, or recruiter. The service does not guarantee job placement, interviews, license approval, certification status, clinical eligibility, or ATS results.

AI-Assisted Content

AI features are intended to rewrite and organize user-provided facts. You must not rely on AI output as a substitute for your own review. Do not use generated content that overstates license status, clinical hours, patient load, procedures, certifications, GPA, or experience.

AI requests may consume credits after a successful generation. Manual edits, previews, copy actions, and file downloads do not consume AI credits unless the product page or checkout clearly says otherwise. Failed AI requests, empty provider responses, or blocked quality-gate results should not intentionally consume credits. Credits have no cash value, are not a bank account or stored-value product, and may be limited by expiration, abuse prevention, or product rules shown in the service.

Payments and Exports

Free features may include filling, editing, and previewing resume content. Paid features may include PDF downloads, Word-compatible downloads, resume application packs, and included AI credits for rewriting or generation features. If optional extra AI edits are offered for heavy use, they will be shown separately before checkout. Current prices, access periods, AI credit amounts, and included benefits are shown on the pricing page before checkout.

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider or merchant of record. nursingresume.co does not store full payment card numbers. If a checkout page, receipt, or payment provider shows additional payment terms, those terms also apply to that transaction.

Digital products may be delivered immediately or shortly after successful payment. Because credits, AI generations, and export access can be consumed immediately, purchases are generally not refundable after AI credits are used, files are exported, or paid digital benefits are delivered. If you believe you were charged in error, were double-charged, cannot access a paid benefit, or experienced a technical failure, contact support at support@nursingresume.co. We will review reasonable refund or credit correction requests case by case.

The first version uses one-time products unless a checkout page clearly states otherwise. We will not charge recurring subscription fees unless a recurring product is explicitly shown and accepted at checkout.

Intellectual Property

The nursingresume.co product, design, templates, and software are owned by the service operator or its licensors. You retain responsibility for the personal resume content you enter.

Prohibited Use

You may not use the service to:

  • Create false, misleading, or fraudulent job application materials.
  • Misrepresent clinical credentials, license status, certifications, education, or work history.
  • Interfere with service security or availability.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or redistribute the service in violation of applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, nursingresume.co is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
